CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Vinyasa Flow

A steady, flowing class that connects movement with breath. You’ll build strength, mobility, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you. Options are given throughout so you can choose what works for your body on the day. Suitable for all levels, including beginners who enjoy a gentle challenge.

Vinyasa Foundations (Beginner-Friendly)

A supportive introduction to Vinyasa yoga. We take time to break down postures, explore safe alignment, and move at a comfortable, unhurried pace. Perfect for anyone new to yoga, returning after time away, or wanting to build solid foundations with plenty of guidance and choice.

Ashtanga

A guided, steady-paced Ashtanga practice following the traditional Primary Series sequence. This class focuses on clear instruction, mindful breathwork, and building strength and focus through repetition. Variations are offered so you can practise in a way that supports your body, whether you're familiar with Ashtanga or exploring it at your own pace. Expect a grounding, disciplined flow with room to challenge yourself when it feels right.

Breathwork + Slow Flow + guided meditation

AThis soothing class blends three mindful practices: breathwork to ground the body, a slow yoga flow to ease tension and improve movement, and a guided meditation to finish, supporting deep relaxation and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

A quiet, floor-based class that supports deep relaxation. Poses are held for longer with the help of cushions or props to make every shape comfortable and accessible. Yin is suitable for all bodies — no flexibility needed. A wonderful class for easing tension, improving mobility, and calming the mind.

Strength & Stretch

A balanced class blending simple strength-building movements with feel-good stretching. Everything is taught with low-impact options so you can work at your own level. Great for building stability, improving mobility, and supporting overall body confidence. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Yoga Hike (Peak District)

A gentle walk combined with outdoor yoga in the beautiful Peak District. The pace is relaxed, with plenty of breaks and variations offered for every stretch and posture. Suitable for all fitness levels — you simply need to enjoy being outdoors and able to walk at a comfortable pace.

Private 1:1 Yoga

A personalised session tailored entirely to your goals, pace, and experience level. Ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to refine your practice with focused guidance. These sessions support strength, mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Private 2:1 Yoga

A private session for two people — perfect for partners, friends, or training buddies who want personalised attention while sharing the experience together. The class is adapted to both of your needs and abilities, offering a supportive and enjoyable way to progress your practice.
