Hi, Iā€™m Marie.

I first practiced Bikram yoga while in San Francisco whilst working as Cabin Crew for a long-haul airline. I felt the benefits immediately and was hooked. I found that yoga was the perfect antidote to combat jet lag and general fatigue. I began practicing yoga while at home in London as well as when I was in places like New York, Mumbai, and Hong Kong. I moved to Derbyshire 10 years ago which is when I started practicing Vinyasa yoga. I went on to complete a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training course, which has helped to deepen my practice and understanding of yoga. It has also given me the opportunity to help other people to feel great by guiding them through yoga practice as part of their wellness routine. I recently went on to complete a breath work and meditation teacher training course. This new chapter has broadened my skillset and has given me the tools needed to guide people through a regular guided meditation practice, which encourages a positive mindset which in turn has a positive effect on physical and mental wellbeing.
