Hi, I’m Marie ✨
Vinyasa Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher
My yoga journey began in San Francisco, where I first discovered Bikram yoga while working as cabin crew for a long-haul airline. I immediately felt the benefits — yoga became the perfect antidote to jet lag and fatigue. From then on, I practiced wherever I travelled — from London to New York, Mumbai, and Hong Kong — finding calm and balance wherever I went.
After moving to Derbyshire in 2012, I discovered Vinyasa yoga, which soon became the heart of my personal practice. I went on to complete a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training course, deepening my understanding of yoga and inspiring me to help others feel their best through mindful movement and breath.
More recently, I completed additional training in breathwork and meditation, expanding my ability to guide people through regular guided meditation and breath-based practices. This new chapter has strengthened my belief that yoga and mindfulness can transform both physical and mental wellbeing, fostering balance, positivity, and presence in everyday life. 🙏
Hi, I’m Rachel 🌸
Vinyasa Flow & Inversions Specialist
I love bringing energy and playfulness to the mat, blending my background in Latin dance — including bachata, salsa, kizomba, and tango — with strong, expressive Vinyasa flows. My classes focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility while keeping things lighthearted and fun.
I’ve completed specialist training in inversions and arm balances, and I enjoy helping students explore the excitement of going upside down and discovering new shapes. After eight years of dancing, I can’t resist weaving rhythm and flair into yoga — it’s movement, expression, and joy all rolled into one.
In my classes, you’ll be encouraged to challenge yourself, laugh if you wobble, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and inspired to explore what else your body can do. 🧘🏻♀️
Hi, I’m Chloe ✨
500-Hour certified Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga & Yin Teacher
I blend traditional and contemporary understandings of the mind–body–breath connection to create yoga practices that are fun, sustainable, and empowering. With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, I first trained in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga in India, and later in Vinyasa Flow with a focus on longevity and injury prevention.
My approach is non-dogmatic and mindful, helping you understand the intention behind each movement and cue. I encourage a sense of gentle discipline—to soften, meet your edge, and explore your potential with curiosity and compassion.
Every body and all levels are welcome. I look forward to meeting you on the mat.🌸

500-Hour Yoga Teacher – Vinyasa, Embodied Yin, Yoga Nidra, Restorative & Trauma-Informed trained teacher
Hi, I’m Karen 🧘🏻♀️
I began my yoga journey in December 1999. For many years it was mainly a home practice, until I moved to Chesterfield and joined a local studio in 2016. That’s where I was introduced to Ashtanga — and where I truly started to feel at home on my mat and in my own skin.
Two moments stand out from when I first fell in love with yoga: the first time my mind found real stillness, and the moment I realised yoga isn’t about perfection — there is always something new to learn.
This passion led me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the same studio. I qualified at the start of 2020, just as the first COVID lockdown began. Although unexpected, it gave me the space to teach family and friends online while I built the confidence to teach in person. Once lockdown lifted in 2021, I began teaching at various studios and gyms around Chesterfield.
My learning has continued ever since. I went on to complete a 300-hour online training in Yin, Restorative, Adaptive, Trauma-Informed yoga, prenatal yoga awareness, and Yoga Nidra, along with a 50-hour Embodied Yin training and a 20-hour adjustments course. Throughout all of this, my focus has been on understanding how to make yoga accessible to everyone.
My aim is to help you find your variation of each pose. We’re all unique, and our practice should reflect that.
In my classes, we move with the breath, hold shapes, and explore how they feel — with options to deepen the sensation or ease out when needed. My intention is to help you connect with your body and your breath so you leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more empowered than when you arrived. You’ll always have the freedom to be yourself, without judgment — just you, your mat, and maybe a smile too. 🌸 🌸
