flow yoga
A steady, flowing class that connects movement with breath. You'll build strength, mobility, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.
Options are given throughout so you can choose what works for your body on the day. Suitable for all levels, including beginners who enjoy a gentle challenge.
restore & recover
f you’ve been running on empty, this class is for you. Restore & Recover uses long-held, supported poses to release tension, ease tired muscles, and help your body reset.
You’ll be guided through a slow, restful practice using bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows — allowing you to fully switch off and recharge.
Suitable for all levels. No experience needed — just show up and let the practice do the work.
beginners
A supportive introduction to Vinyasa Flow yoga. We take time to break down postures, explore safe alignment, and move at a comfortable, unhurried pace. Perfect for anyone new to yoga, returning after time away, or wanting to build solid foundations with plenty of guidance and choice.
Ashtanga
A guided, steady-paced Ashtanga practice following the traditional Primary Series sequence. This class focuses on clear instruction, mindful breathwork, and building strength and focus through repetition. Variations are offered so you can practise in a way that supports your body, whether you're familiar with Ashtanga or exploring it at your own pace. Expect a grounding, disciplined flow with room to challenge yourself when it feels right.
strength & stretch
A balanced class blending simple strength-building movements with feel-good stretching. Everything is taught with low-impact options so you can work at your own level. Great for building stability, improving mobility, and supporting overall body confidence. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Calisthenics
Calisthenics with Rachel is a dynamic strength and movement class focused on building bodyweight strength, mobility, balance and control. Combining conditioning exercises, movement drills and progressive skill work, this class supports slow and achievable progression towards arm balances, inversions and bodyweight skills in a fun and supportive environment. Suitable for beginners and intermediate levels, with options and modifications provided throughout.
THE SUNDAY SESSION
The Sunday Session is a monthly wellness experience designed to help you to slow down, reset and recharge for the week ahead.
This 75-minute session combines gentle yoga, deep stretching, guided relaxation, and immersive singing bowls help release tension from both the body and mind. Expect soft movement, restorative postures, grounding sound, and a welcoming studio atmosphere.
Your experience includes a wellness shot on arrival and a freshly made smoothie after class.
Suitable for all levels. No previous yoga experience needed.
