As spring arrives in the Peak District, we’re heading outdoors. Into the woods, onto the hills, and back to stillness - a half day designed to help you breathe, move, and bloom.
9:00am — Arrive, settle. Begin. A gentle warm up to wake the body and quiet the mind.
9:45am — Into the woods. A guided hike through the Peak District as spring comes alive around you.
11:00am — Roll out your mat in nature. Outdoor yoga where the only ceiling is the sky
11:30am — Come home. Return to the warmth of the studio.
11:45am — Be still and feel it. Restorative yoga with live music by Chloe, followed by gentle journaling & intention setting.
12:15pm — Sink deeper. A Chakra meditation with Himalayan singing bowls from Nepal.
12:45pm — Rise gently. Journaling & intention setting
1:00pm — Nourish. Açai smoothies, energy balls & herbal tea
1:30pm — Bloom
This is more than a yoga class. It’s a full sensory experience that takes you from the studio into nature and back again - nourished, restored, and quietly transformed.
