Step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in nature.

We'll head into the woods, move mindfully beneath the open sky, then return to the studio to rest deeply through restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and a Himalayan Sound Journey.

A nourishing day designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and bloom.

THE DAY

9:00 am — ARRIVE, WELCOME & NOURISH

A warm welcome with herbal tea, refreshing açaí smoothies and homemade energy balls as we settle into the day together before heading out into nature.

9:30 am — INTO THE WOODS

A guided woodland hike through the beautiful Peak District. Time to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with nature and enjoy the journey.

11:00 am — MOVE BENEATH THE OPEN SKY

An uplifting outdoor yoga practice where the only ceiling is the sky.

12:00pm — RETURN TO THE STUDIO

A mindful walk back through the countryside, carrying the benefits of your practice with you.

12:15pm — RESTORE

Unwind with a gentle restorative yoga practice, allowing the body to release tension and prepare for deep rest.

DEEP REST YOGA NIDRA & SOUND JOURNEY

Settle comfortably into Savasana as Sabrina guides you through Deep Rest Yoga Nidra, inspired by the Himalayan yoga tradition. Enter a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body can completely relax while the mind settles into stillness.

From this place of deep relaxation, the experience unfolds into an immersive Sound Journey using traditional singing bowls, therapeutic gong and sacred instruments. The session concludes with a period of quiet integration, allowing space to simply rest, absorb the experience and gently return.

(Approx. 90 minutes)

1:45pm — REFLECT & RECONNECT

Gentle journaling, intention setting and quiet reflection.

2:00pm — GATHER & NOURISH

Share a selection of homemade nourishing treats, seasonal fruit and herbal tea as we reflect on the day's journey and connect before heading home.

2:30pm — BLOOM

Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, deeply rested and reconnected.

This is more than a yoga class. It’s a full sensory experience that takes you from the studio into nature and back again - nourished, restored, and quietly transformed.
