HALF-DAY RETREAT: A GENTLE RESET
A digital detox yoga & nature experience in the Peak District
Start the new year by slowing down. This half-day digital detox retreat is an invitation to step away from screens, quiet the noise, and reconnect — with your body, your breath, and the natural world.
We begin by placing our phones away together, creating space to fully switch off. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle yoga, mindful movement in nature, nourishing drinks, and a deeply relaxing sound bath — all designed to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and restored.

No yoga experience is needed — everything is optional and guided at a relaxed pace.

Your Retreat Schedule
10:00 – 10:15 — Arrival, herbal tea & time to settle
10:15 – 11:00 — Yoga, breathwork & guided meditation
11:00 – 11:20 — Wellness shots, smoothies & healthy snacks
11:20 – 12:20 — Mindful Peak District nature hike
12:20 – 12:50 — Gentle, nourishing yoga
12:50 – 13:30 — Deeply relaxing sound bath
13:30 – 14:00 — Closing tea & soft finish
What to Bring
• Comfortable, stretchy clothing
• Warm layers for the hike
• Waterproof jacket (and waterproof trousers if you have them)
• Walking shoes or boots — the route will be uphill in places, uneven underfoot, and may be muddy or slippy
• A water bottle
• A cosy jumper or blanket for the sound bath
• Optional: hat & gloves (weather depending)
The hike will be taken at a steady pace, but good footwear and waterproofs are essential.
All levels are welcome, and everything is guided gently — just bring yourself and an open mind.
