This half-day Winter Reset is a chance to step away from the constant noise of everyday life and spend a morning reconnecting — with your body, your breath, and a deeper sense of calm.
We begin by gently placing our phones away together, creating space to truly switch off. From there, you’ll be guided through candlelit yoga, soothing breathwork, nourishing drinks, and a deeply relaxing sound bath — all woven together to support a steadier, more grounded return to the rest of winter.

1:00 – 1:15 — Arrival, herbal tea & time to settle
1:15 – 2:00 — Gentle yoga, breathwork & guided meditation

2:20 – 2:50 — Guided journaling & intention setting
2:50 – 3:30 — Slow, nourishing yoga
3:30 – 3:55 — Deeply relaxing sound bath
3:55 – 4:00 — Closing tea & soft finish
